Scrambled Eggs

SCRAMBLED EGGS WITH PARSLEY AND PANSIES, FOR 2

4 farm fresh eggs

1 Tbsp ghee

3 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

8 pansies

Add the ghee to the pan over medium high heat and melt. Crack in the eggs and scarmble them in the pan cooked to your desired consistency. Quickly stir the parsley. Plate, top with the pansies and enjoy!
