Steamed freshly shelled fava beans & peas tossed in Olive oil and fresh lemon juice  with Hemp seeds and feta cheese

1/2 pound fava beans, freshly shelled

1/2 pound peas, freshly shelled

1 Tbsp olive oil + 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

2 Tbsp hemps seeds

1/2 pound feta cheese

salt & pepper to taste

Steam the lava beans and peas for about 5 minutes. Toss with olive oil, lemon juice and hemp seeds. Add desired amount of feta cheese to each portion. Enjoy warm or cold!
